The Flipper song was corny but the show was good. Not really liking the idea of captive animals this aquarium made the point of educating rather than just entertaining.

I guess in 2005 or so the aquarium was badly damaged from a hurricane, you could not tell at all! We had a great time with our 3 year old son. The dolphin show was excellent, really cool shark area with a water playground. birds all over, manatees, alligators, and turtles. I have been to numerous aquariums including ATL which...

we had a fab day here and swam with dolphins (Riley) which my 7 year old daughter wants to marry!! not only could u swim with them, but we saw shows which were amazing, even a whale show. We didnt even get round the whole park in one day. Would love to go again
The trainers and animals work hard to entertain the audience and do that quite well. My thanks and appreciation go to them. All the dolphin shows were so good that we saw them each twice. When I got home, I felt I needed to have a chat with my dog about her skill set. The presentations and exhibits were interesting...

Took my wife and two kids to Seaquarium the second week of June. Thankfully, both of my kids got in free because of their age, as it was almost $100 for two adult general admission tickets and parking. Upon entering the gate, I was struck by how run down everything looked. There were very few exhibits, and the entire park...

The aquarium is retro/shabby and it doesn't seem to be updated, but perhaps because of that, you can still see the mordernist architect Richard Buckminster Fuller's geodesic dome built in 1960, which is used for a sea lion show.
The shows are worth seeing, especially the one of killer whale. However, I think the admission (40USD.plus 8USD for parking) is...

The Miami Seaquarium is a very sad place. There are very few exhibits and its main focus are the shows. The entire place which opened in 1955 seems like it hasn't had any changes since opening day. Its tiny with a poor layout and fairly depressing. The shows weren't bad, the whale and dolphin show was especially good. Overall its...

My wife and I took our grandchildren to Miami Seaquarium and paid a lot extra for the "private tour". Amazing! They assigned a special guide to take just the 4 of us to the main attractions, no line, and were able to touch and feed the different animals. The kids were able to pet the dolphins, give them hand signals...

One of the best experiences ever. We are annual pass holders and our kids love the Seaquarium (ages 5 and 8). Learning dolphin hand signals, interacting with the dolphins and the professional quality photos of our experience were all fantastic. The trainer was patient with us (2 kids, mom and dad, grandpa) and seemed to truly love her work. Although...
