On the website there were "spa month specials" I called to make a reservation but apparently they had not updated their website and spa month was the month before. To my suprise they offered me a 30% discount on any of their services because of the mistake! I was very impressed by this customer service. They said I could use... More

This atmosphere of the spa itself is calming and inviting. Beautiful facility and the staff could not be more wonderful. They seriously went above and beyond to make our spa visit excellent. My massage therapist was Roland and he gave me the best massage I have ever had! No exaggeration.

My friends, my daughter and I visited the Agua Spa on Saturday for the Spa Month Special and to celebrate two birthdays. My friends had the couples massage, my daughter had a 75 minute massage and I had the massage/facial. I have to say that my massage with Steve has to be one of the best massages I have had-... More

This was a voucher gift for my BD. My expectations were just fair, but today I experience an amazing mindblowing deep tissue massage by Roland. His hands are so huge, they can cover a big portion of my body...and his healing touch is unforgettable...love it!!! highly recommend him. 5 Star massage!!!!!!!!!!!! p.s. the staff at the spa is warm and... Miami gets more expensive every year and that 18% or 20% gratuity added seems out of control

I bought a TravelZoo deal for myself and girlfriend. We got a massage and a facial. Both services were good. The spa design ties in nicely with the hotel vibe. Lots of white marble, mirrors and interesting tone on tone patterns. It's a very pretty spa but somehow the marble and white just make the place feel a little cold... More

My friend and I went on a much needed spa retreat during the past holidays... Each one of us had a Swedish massage and an 'Earth facial'. Lucy, the front desk attendant was very sweet and welcomed us to the spa. Sabrina, our esthetician was simply amazing!!! She was very delicate and careful with my skin and at the same... More

The staff here were pleasant and really made you feel welcome. I had a Deep Tissue massage and full body scrub and they was good. The changing room is a bit cramped and there is limited counter and bench space. So, if there are more than 2 people changing, it can be a little frustrating trying to make room for... More

I am local and have not experienced the Delano as a hotel: just the spa and the restaurants. This review is about the spa. A friend gave me a spa package for my birthday. He appears to have spent $500+ on a "South Beach Indulgence something or other " package, that included one massage, one mani-pedi and a couple other... More
