My husband and I visited one afternoon and had a great time. We had an iced coffee and a cupcake. Although it is an upscale shopping area, we still had fun shoping at the candy store and a sea shell store, so don't think you can't find affordable treats here.

Great place to walk around and enjoy the art galleries and sculptures but very expensive if you wish to purchase one of these. Bonus is the entire downtown area at Naples has free parking except for the 2 blocks right near the beach.

It was easy to find and easy to park. Had a nice assortment of shops, better than the average beach resort town, and merchants were nice about letting people use the restrooms. Unfortunately we visited on a Sunday, when the galleries were closed.

Good-ish restaurants, naff shops---not worth a visit unless you are going to a specific restaurant. Pretty at night though with the lights.

Shopping at all prices (yeah, a lot of high) snacks and fine dining, and usually the perfect amount of people anytime of day, this was a Friday evening, and the street was abuzz with people. The parking garages are recommended for parking, rather than the street. They are FREE. And Don't plan to rush on Fifth Avenue. Food will be... More

This area has a lot of energy. Cute shops, good dining, and unique art galleries. We went for a nice evening stroll after grabbing ice cream at Kilwin's. some of the stores were already closed but a lot stayed open for the dinner crowd. It's a nice area to stroll down after being down there for dinner but you wouldn't... More

The prices in the boutiques are very high. Be prepared. 5th avenue has a few Italian restarants and a few Irish restaurants.

If you don't have fun and enjoy visiting Fifth Avenue South it's your own fault. This street has several free events each month like art shows parades live music and more. If you'd like to spend some money there is everything in luxury dining and shopping you could imagine. There is something for everyone.
