"Such fun" .. A must for a hot day adventure. This park is excellent. Get there early (opening) and go on the slides and rides before the crowds gather. Then the rest of the day you can fresh water snorkel with baby sharks/stingwrays, laze on river and sun yourself on the fake beaches! Excellent changing facilities, towels for hire at... More

Some good slides here for the big and small. You can even swim with the sharks. The wave pool is amazing, the biggest waves I have ever seen. Hours of fun.

On a hot day in Florida, what more can you ask for than a Disney Waterpark with a beach surrounding to cool you off? The food is amazing. From the huge water slides to the Lazy River, there's something for everyone!

Let me preface this by saying I am not a Disney fan nor a fan of water parks, but I was pleasantly surprised by a trip to Typhoon Lagoon! We got there at opening, and opted to do the salt water snorkeling right away. Typical of Disney they herd you into cattle chutes to the pond, and every move you... More

We went on a June day that was overcast all morning, and rainy in the afternoon. The park was half empty! It was great. I would not like going to any waterpark at full capacity due to lines/crowds, etc., so as long as it doesn't downpoor or thunder/lightening... a rainy day is the day to go. The light rain and... This was the best of the WDW parks we visited but after Discovery Cove not surprisingly a bit of a come down. Plenty of room, sun beds and shade (if you arrive early). Nice lazy river and slides etc.

Visited Thyphoon Lagoon 2 times during our 3 weeks stay in Florida. We absolutely loved it. The park is situated between tropical trees in a wounderful scenic sourrounding. I makes it to a lovely place to visit. We also loved the monster waves, but it was nearly to strong waves for us. Thyphoon also has the World best water slied... More

Loved this place - plenty of shady spots - nice variety of rides with something for all ages our seven year old loved the slides next to the main pool, the lazy river although this does get busy when the park is full, the lovely lifeguard who does donald duck impressions and the massive wave from the main pool

This was a great day away from the parks with my daughters - the lazy river and various water chutes and crush water coaster are great fun. However the tidal wave pool must be treated with caution! Please make sure you wear swim shoes to avoid having your toenail ripped out of the nail bed if you get dragged on... More
