Gorgeous beaches and water. Quiet and not too crowded. Miss being able to park anywhere along the road to walk down to the Gulf. No rush, just meander along and enjoy all the sites as you like. Then stop, enjoy the visit and go to the next interesting site.

Beautiful beach,but needs indoor showers to get the sand off and change clothes,plenty of places to eat and shop

This is so peaceful and beautiful here. We really enjoyed the picinic areas they offer with the grills. Loved the fort they have to offer

I live just down the road from the Santa Rosa Island beach bridges. I go over to Santa Rosa Island often. I moved to Florida from Kentucky 5 years ago. I love to go to the island and watch the ocean. Going to the island never fails to make me happy.

Far better than Destin or Orange Beach. Very laid back, great beaches, very relaxing. Local restaurants are all good. Limited shopping (which is just fine with us).

Santa Rosa Island is so beautiful. Love the quaint little beach houses, the shopping and most of all the BEACH!
