Learned a lot here! To see artifacts that dated back to the 1500 and 1600's was truly amazing! Not to mention the trivia about the pirates like Blackbeard were really interesting!

My wife and I are big pirate fans, both in History and Disney's attraction/Movies. It's very informative, interactive, and fun! It's one of the few museums that is completely inside, which is great for bad weather or hot days. Expect to spend about an hour or two, depending on how in depth you want to get with the exhibits.

Went with my daughter;s 4th grade trip. Had a really interesting time here. Found out lots of "FACTS" about Pirates, and found out things I have heard that where just tells. I believe all the children and most adults enjoyed this place

The Pirate and Treasure Museum is an engaging and exhilirating place that takes you back to the time of Pirating.. Pirates such as Blackbeard did work of the coasts of Florida and had been in St Augustine. The history of pirates is told via video clips telling the stories of individual pirates , models of pirate ships you can walk... More

This place was pretty exciting, even for two adults. It was a bit pricey, compared to other attractions in the area, but it was worthwhile. We didn't have kids with us, but we did the treasure hunt for fun anyway! Take your time to look at everything and do all the activities. The only downfall for us were all the... More

My boyfriend and I really disliked this place. It was priced even higher than Ripleys, and ripleys has tons more inside. The tour took only about 20 minutes and we were out. It was very tacky to us, and half of the "play along" machines were broken or messing up. The gift shop was outrageous. ($25 for a childs bandana.)... More

I am a bit of a history buff but this was my first time at this museum in 3 visits to St Augustine. My nephew wanted to go and that got me through the door. I thought it would be a touristy kid place and Wow was I wrong!!! This museum is truly awesome for all ages. There are interactive... More

The idea behind this museum is GREAT, and very informative! Had my son been traveling with me, I think he would definitely have enjoyed it! Being an adult, the coolest part for me was the room where you put on the headphones and the lights go out, then you sit and listen to the story! I actually really enjoyed that!... More

We really enjoyed our visit. We especially enjoyed our tour guide named Captain Mahem. He was very knowledgeable and very personable with all ages of guests. This is a must see attraction!

Lots of history for kids and adults. Interactive exhibits. You can have fun and learn at the same time. The entire museum is wheelchair accessible. Certainly worth seeing.
