This is a lovely small park with many different landscaping features. The walks go by the water and give a broad view of sea and sky. There are also highly manicured lawns and gardens with seating and ponds.

Not to be missed on any visit to Tallahassee during the late winter/early spring months. A true local treasure.

Beuatiful Garden trails , old hunting lodge overlooking lake. If you like to walk this is a great experience. Take a lunch and eat down by the lake.

This is a great place to visit with the family. Hiking and biking trails and when it warms up--good swimming. We went this time for a picnic and to see the azaleas. They were beautiful!

The camellias make a great show in winter months and in spring the azaleas are lovely. The gardens have water features as well and many other plants to admire.
