This is an old antebellum with period and original pieces. It is easy to do a self guided tour. They had volunteers who could answer your questions. The home is available for weddings and special occasions. We thought it was worth our visit.

This Greek Revival mansion was built 1853 to 1855 by Benjamin Harvey Hill for his wife, Caroline Holt Hill. Senator Hill served in the Georgia Legislature, Confederate Congress, and U.S. House and Senate. One of the finest examples of Greek Revival architecture in the state. Knowlegeable staff takes you back in time to Civil War times. I have been here twice and since I love history I could visit again.
