We visited on a Sunday afternoon, and so getting up the tower involved some standing in line and waiting for elevators, ticketing, etc. However, the ride to the top of the tower was very quick and it was worth the standing in line for the views across the city and the experience of standing on the glass ledges. The best... More

We took our 13 year old grandson with us to Chicago...so fun! And this was truly the highlight of his trip! He's pretty mature but was some what intimidated to stand on the ledge!!!!! We just loved seeing the city on a clear day from 103 floors high. The Willis Tower is a "must see" if you're visiting Chicago.

It is a must see place if you are visiting Chicago. I have been to CN tower in Toronto and must say it is similar, but still fun. Glass floor balconies are also exciting (we also have it at CN Tower). The customer service could have been better as in many busy public places, but it was still descent. I... More

So let's just get this out of the way, I have never heard of anyone refer to this building as anything other than the Sears Tower. No disrespect to the Willis Holding Group, but, yeah, it's going to be the Sears Tower to Americans over the age of 10 forever. Completed in 1973, this building was the tallest in the... More

Was very satisfied indulging in the awesome views atop the Willis Tower. The whole experience is organized very well and made getting up and down very smooth. Atop the tower are incredible sweeping views of the city and definitely give you an appreciation for the grandeur of Chicago. The novelty of the "floating" glass sections jutting out of the side... Took my granddaughters by train to Chicago in honor of Elaina's 10th birthday. First stop we made was the Willis Tower (formally Sears Tower). Their eyes couldn't believe the height of it. It opened shortly after we arrived so we had no wait at all. My girls immediately went to the sky deck ledge and walked in...omg! Wanted me in,... More

The experience is beautiful and anxiety-producing. The vista from the 103rd floor is incredible. All of Chicago can be viewed from a height usually reserved for small planes and helicopters. If you have a fear of heights, this is not the place to be. There are several thick plexiglas observation windows which protrude about 3-4 feet from the building. Stepping... More

The Willis Tower experience was a experience that I had wanted to enjoy for quite a long time. The views were awesome. The sky deck was fun and exciting. The did think the cost was quite costly. The only other negative comment would be the amount of people the attraction packs into one elevator. It was suffocating. Everyone had to... More

How could you visit Chicago and not go to the top of the tallest building in America? The Skydeck was pretty cool, with sky boxes that went out of the building so that you could look down and see the ground through the glass floor. I was too scared to go out on one but lots of people did and... More
