This is really an enjoyable place. It is very informative and educational. The whole family will be enriched by it.
Cantigny has many special events from 5k races to a variety of musical entertainment in the summer on weekends. you can take a picnic or have something to eat in the restaurant. the museum is always interesting go through. our family enjoys cantigny.

The grounds at Catigny are beautiful. They have a lovely indoor/ourdoor restaurant that is relatively inexpensive with good food. The mansion is an excellent place for a tour. It is a particularly nice place for a picnic, walk through flowers, and historical place in every season except winter (when there aren't any flowers.
Gorgeous grounds filled with flowers and tanks (yes, military tanks that you can climb on!). Inexpensive day for a family - picnic grounds or you can buy there also. Tours of the McCormick home are informative.
