This is a great site to see early 20th Century history. Not much has changed since the 1950s when the lodge was huge and. Had thousands of members. It is a very sturdy building.

I wouldn't advise anyone to book a wedding here for the following reasons:
There is no AC or heat on the fifth floor nor is there a bathroom
The elevator rarely works and will break down in the middle of your function..happened all of the time..boss always conveniently not available
The second floor bathroom is communal and old and filthy
The staff now there is definitely questionable I wouldn't leave anything laying around
They control the heat and air in the ballroom and they pinch pennies
They double-booked all the time so beware
Go anywhere else!!!

Very nasty and bitter employee left on bad terms, Her comments are not true. Look at our feedback on Wedding Wire.

Was very nice, lots of room, however, I didn't particularly care to share the 2nd floor bathroom with men as when I was washing my hands I looked up in the mirror & 2 guys were right behind me peeing into urinals.

Recently attended a wedding reception at the hall. I never been inside before. The outside is old style plain to me but the inside was fabulous. I loved the balcony and the pillars.

Beautiful building. I was bored and used it as my own national treasure game. Started trying to figure out why the step count was what it was, the meaning behind the geometric windows , the weird balcony at the very top. Entertained me while I smoked at the parking garage across the street. Tried to get a speedcuber to solve a pyraminx on the steps so I could pretend I was Jay-z but none would.

We had out wedding reception here. We LOVED it. I want to say the man we dealt with was named Tom? I could be wrong. But he was SO wonderful. So nice & kind.
The place it's self is just beautiful. Just walking up the guests were in awe. We also rented the kitchen to use which was extra. But worth it. HIGHLY recommend.

Always interesting where couples find a place to celebrate big events--like getting married. This one works out well as it was a very nice celebration. Interesting elevator operation due to age. Nice visit to this historic building.

I was there for a wedding and it was a awesome place inside. It is handicap accessible but not in the front door. There is a side door that they have to open to let you in.

At one time, this building was one of the largest and most modern Masonic temples in Indiana. Over 100 years old, it still is a mason hall and many other events are held there including wedding receptions.
