We scheduled a peddle tour for a bachelorette party five weeks in advance but when our group arrived, the bartender had no record of our reservation.
While these things happen, the response was unacceptable: the bartenders were unapologetic and rude (eating dinner behind the bar --ew) then Adam (maybe an owner or manager?) just sat at the bar and offered to buy the woman who booked the bike a drink (this IS a bar but it was very unprofessional in this situation).
After waiting over an hour for a driver they said would be there in "five minutes", we finally left. Our driver Tyler was very sweet!!
Overall: this activity is over-priced for what you actually get. $300 just to get on the bicycle and they want you to "stock" it with drinks before you leave for the bars. Expensive AND rude? I won't be back but another day with a group of guys might be totally different.

This is the first time I've visited Pedal City since the bar and beer garden has opened, and I was not disappointed. My friends and I bought some drinks and rented the new surry bikes and rode around town for an hour having a blast. It was fun to finish our drink in the beer garden while playing some ping pong and cornhole. We will definitely be back.

Pedal City's bar offers a place to meet and eat before going on the 15 seater Pedal Bike! it was a fun night for all! Our driver Jarin was awesome & fun! We even had a little rain, but it wasn't a problem at all!

We did not use the pedaling bicycle bar (intriguing but looks tiring), we just sat and had a couple of drinks inside the bar. It was quite bright inside but the bartender turned down the lights a notch. Looked like they offered some food, but we just came from eating and wanted a quick nightcap and this served our needs. The crowd looked a little young, but not expected since it's near cheap housing, downtown, and colleges. Would definitely recommend.

what a great way to celebrate. Pedal city bike was a fun way to get outside and party with family and friends. You pedal around town, stop at local bars drinking along the way. The towns folks didn't seem to mind us living it up and acting crazy, they honk we drank that was the rule. lol

My friends and I rented out one of the pedal city bikes to celebrate a friend's graduation. It was a HIT! We all had a great time pedaling around the city, stopping at JK O'Donnell's and Rudy's Shop. I was amazed at how well received the bike was by the people along the streets. No one seemed to mind that we were traveling slow and holding up traffic at times. Make sure to bring your own music and assign someone to be the bartender as you're rolling along. We will be doing this again.
