Love this park! They have accomplished so much over the years. The children's area is fabulous. They host many wonderful garden themed events during the year. Wonderful for walking!

The small indoor nature center is perfect for and focused on younger children, say twelve and under. The playground is also exceptional for children of the same age. There are several trails going down to and by the river if you need some exercise.

We go every year with my children's school. It's a great park to play at, then walk down to the nature center for a bit, then head out to the trails to hike and explore! Lot's to do for the whole day!!

Nice ground, interesting sculpture. nicely maintained. Great place to take the younger children. Active neighborhood group make it a safe place for families.

We always used to love going there as kids. The play equipment is awesome! I remember it as the biggest playground I could imagine. I need to go back sometime and see how it compares now that I'm an adult.

We used to drive down from the north suburbs just to play at this park. Gorgeous grounds for wandering around, especially the ruins. Nice trails by the river as well.
