We didn't get to spend very much time there, but what a beautiful place! And now it has the Go Ape! part of the park, which I think was a very smart move! We have gone on the Sunday morning bird hikes for years. Depending on the season you can have great waterfowl, warblers, owls, or whatever else is in the area.

Nice family outing with fun physical activities. Beautiful scenery on Indy's West side. We walked some really cool trails that took us down to the water at Eagle Creek Park. Our kids like hiking :)

A very nice reservoir and nature area. There are several trails/paths to walk along, though if looking for a more secluded outdoor experience this is not your place. Eagle Creek Park has hiking, fitness trail, picnic tables, playgrounds for the kids, and a dog park (with separate admission). We love the dog park.

This park is soo big and there are so many trails you can hike. The lake is incredible but also the little ponds are charming. You can have a cookout at a shelter or do the zip-line adventure. The bird center and the discovery center are both incredible!
