Thuya gardens were a comedown after the Japanese Azalea garden. The flowers were nice, but little thought to design.

My wife and I visited this last week and were stunned to find a delightful path up from the parking lot beside the road. The views of Northeast Harbor are wonderful. Asticou is an Asian garden and is so very lovely. Interesting plantings. Thuya Garden is a terrific splash of color, serenity, flowers and trees. Really gorgeous. Both gardens are lovingly maintained.
