I like the parking convenience of this ferry station. The boat is always clean and they have a variety of drinks and candy on board. I prefer using this over the boat that leaves from Oak Buffs. More

This is a crowded scene once Falmouth is in full summer mode. A greatest trip with children of any age. Little ones will have plenty to do in Oak Bluffs, within easy walking distance of where the ferry pulls in. The merry- go-round is legenday. There re great ice cream and fudge shops and also clothing and antgue/souvenir shops. The... More

Sat inside it was cold in april but still had a wonderful view of the ocean. The snack was well supplied and it was a very pleasant ride. The moon pies were good! Very clean facilities. More

This is the best way to go to Martha's Vineyard if you do not need to bring your car. It is a passenger ferry that leaves from Falmouth Heights. There is nothing fancy about the ferry. I have taken it often. More

Thank you DeeRay for your positive review! We think the views are incredible as well. In fact, many passengers sail the Island Queen just to be out on the water for an hour, riding with us back and forth without getting off at Martha's Vineyard. (Todd Bidwell, General Manager) More

I highly recommend taking the Island Queen to MV when you don't need a car and you just want the MV experience. With the exception of the walk from the parking lot it couldn't be easier. More

Thank you DebTrips for your review. Many visitors to the Island feel that it is much easier to get around the island without a vehicle as I'm sure you'll agree. Upon arrival, passengers may rent bicycles, cars & jeeps, mopeds or enjoy the public transportation provided by the Vineyard Transit Authority. Thank you again! More
