Climbed Arch Rock on a steep trail and was totally winded by the time we got to the top. It is a very interesting rock formation with great views, once you reach the top. This was a unique sight to experience. We were probably up over a hundred feet above the water and beach below. This was an amazing view over the lake.

Beautiful geologic formation! How did this form? And when? Mother nature is slowly reclaiming her one bit at a time so come see arch rock before it's at the bottom of the bike path. DO NOT CLIMB! We used to do this but it is not as strong as it once was!

Our Bed and Breakfast is very near to the Rock so many mornings I would watch the Sunrise from nearby. Unfortunately the stairs from the East side have been closed and the only way to the Rock is from the Top of the Island by road.

Don't walk unless you're used to going that far, the buggy we rented was best, bicycles could be a bit of a challenge. The tour is a good idea too. Cross fingers for a sunny day, pictures are a must!

this was one of our stop during are carriage ride, great place to jump out and take pictures ( we didn't really have to jump out they stop lol) just so beautiful, must see if your on the Island.

It is truly amazing what and how Mother Nature does with our earth. This is one of those rock formations that forms a frame for your picture of the water or of your friends.

While the walk up to get there is a bit of a trek by foot, it's a beautiful view and we were glad we did the hike. You can also get there via the road as well, and we took a carriage ride up there later that day.

An amazing natural wonder. If you take the Carriage Tour, this is one of the stops and they will give you the local folklore associated with it.
