Close to our hotel (Mackinac Beach & Bay Club). Get a combo ticket which includes a carriage ride tour on the island for the best deal. Nice, clean boats and smooth, quick ride.

When heading over to Mackinac Island, this is the ONLY ferry we use. Polite staff, always friendly. Fun to ride the boats with the "rooster tails" !

Fast and friendly service! One of my party could not make the trip. We were fully refunded upon our return to Mackinac City. The credit was put back on my credit card within a very short time and I was notified via email. Everyone was friendly and helpful with getting our luggage to the hotel.

We usually take Star Line on our trips to Mackinac Island and again used them for our recent trip... the staff are always courteous and cheerful!

Fast travel to the island, 18 to 20 minutes. They run on-time almost hourly. October travel and there was lots of empty seats. It was a rainy day too so that would explain some. We travelled from Mackinaw City. Also available from St. Ignace, MI. Mackinaw Bridge fee is $4.00 for cars

we arrived at the dock in the driving rain and a porter was immediately by our car to take our suitcases, putting them on the ferry. The owner/operator was funny and friendly.
