We love lighthouses and this is a great cruise to see shoal lighthouses in Lake Michigan. Shepler's boat pilots really give you great photo opportunities. A sailboat happen to be going past one of the lighthouses on the cruise we were on and the Shepler's pilot manuvered to get some great pictures of the sailboat and lighthouse. We were getting...

The guide on the tour was extremely knowledgeable and very entertaining. We were able to get very close to multiple lighthouse and our guide told all sort of details about each. It was a very enjoyable cruise and informative as well. Going under the bridge was also a real treat.

Shepplers offers mulitple cruises, going to different lighthouses. I have done the west tour once and the east tour twice. I highly recomend it. The photo oportunites are great!

Our main reason to visit Michigan was to visit Lighthouses. The tours offered by Shepler's provided us with the opportunity to see several lighthouses in a couple of hours. We took both, the East and the West, cruises. They are narrated by key individuals from the Great Lakes Lighthouse Keeper's Assoc (GLLKA). They are very knowledgeable and personable.

The lighthouse crusie was worth money spent. I enjoyed the sunset crusie the most. The bridge look so amazing words can not discribe it.

If you can sit on top of the boat, you will have very nice views and great chances for lots of great pictures. I would imagine that it would be less fun if you choose to sit underneath. Just bring a sweatshirt to take away the chill and sit on top.

This is so fun......I loved making this a part of my Mack experience! It is good to buy tickets online (round trip) ahead of time and save $2!
