If you want to shave off a few minutes on your ferry to the island, then this is the way to go! I agree with most of the reviewers in that the staff is helpful, friendly, the valet service was exceptional, and luggage accomodated very nicely!

We really enjoy the service from this ferry line and it is comfortable in the cool and warm temps. I have even brought my labrador and could sit wherever I wanted. I have been on this ferry with infants, toddlers, strollers and the employees have always been very accomodating. Always a nice smooth ride!

I've only used Arnold when traveling to the island. They do have an online coupon discount. I've never had any problems and the staff is always helpful.

Absolutely loved our ferry ride to the island. Arnold's dock was conveniently located to the hotel we stayed in, The crew seemed pleasant and efficient. They were right on time and we would gladly use this company again.

Nice ride to the island. Arnold's dock on the island is in a great location. Right at the end of the dock is where you board the island carriage ride. Great shops, hotels and restaurants right there. Boat could use some cleaning inside.
