Well... Lets see, "Silverfox" is the announcer at this joke, Bobbe McMillan wins all the events and she is co-owner of the rodeo company. They HIRE their cowboys to perform. If ya don't believe me check it out at ranchworldads.com. I was there in 2010 and they had a very personable and PROFESSIONAL announcer who worked his butt off to... More

This is a great kid-friendly activity. While probably only one of any cowboy/cowgirl completed an activity successfully, it was a super way to spend a Saturday night. We took my 9 year old nephew who had never seen any type of rodeo at all and he was enthralled. He especially loved when they brought the kids into the ring, led... More

An authentic rodeo complete with bucking broncos, barrel racing and calf roping. Our children loved the experience and was a favorite for us during our visit to Yellowstone National Park.

We took 15 family members of all ages and it was alot of fun. Early evening start time . The show progresses through all the events with local riders and ends by sunset. A good show.

Felt very small town but fun, down to the handpainted advertisements on the holding pens. The cowboys and girls were having an off night (only one lassoed a steer) but this didn't matter. Was great fun to hoot and holler. Gets a bit nippy at night even in August so be sure to dress for it.

If you have never been to a rodeo, you should go when you are in this area. It was nice but a little small.

As a professional rodeo person I will say this was a well planned out rodeo. Close to the action from any seat. Annoucner very knowledgeable, very hard working cowboys and cowgirls, would recommend this to any first time rodeo fan, after reading the other reviews I find that most of the people writing really have no clue, even on the... Perfect for kids, although we all had a really good time at this, our first rodeo. I'm assuming this is the West Yellowstone Rodeo . . . The talent isn't the best (loads of "no scores") but it's a great sampling of bronco busting, calf roping, bull riding and barrel racing, and some fun clown work with audience participation. What... So this seemed to me a small tourist rodeo. I have never been to the rodeo before this and had no idea there were rules or anything. The cowboys and cowgirls barely managed to lasso a cow the whole evening. For $15 dollars, unsure what to expect, not understanding the rules and the serious lack of lassoing anything you could... If you are looking for a small-town, quaint, child-friendly rodeo, then this is the one! We went on the 4th of July so it was packed, but the crowd and announcer were lively and the riders had fun. It does have substantial local advertising but that is pretty well blended into the fray, and overall it is short, enjoyable, and... More
