If you are in downtown Reno, spend a couple of hours at the museum. It's very interesting ... something that won't take all day, but something worth seeing.
More cars than you can count. Keep children on the path as there is a lot of value in there. Harrah collected many kinds of special cars fro many years, and he had the money.
This is casino magnate Bill Harrah's collection. It's full of fantastic stuff from the earliest to the fairly recent and well worth the price even if you don't care much about cars (I certainly don't and I visit it every year or so). Allow at least a couple of hours. The car-crazy will want to spend all day.
Do not hesitate to visit this museum. It isn't just for car lovers, it's a piece of our history laid out in an interesting way, that you never feel crowded. I recommend it for young & old alike.

What a great place to look at vintage cars, back when you could tell a Packard from A DeSoto. Well worth the time and close to down town with plenty of parking.
