We have seen a number of shows at the Seacoast Repertory Theatre. All have been excellent. The vocal quality of the singers in the now playing "Sweeney Todd" is exceptional. The Seacoast Repertory Theater is local, small theater at its best. The performances rank high along with Broadway musicals that we have seen. The stage is not far from any seat in the audience making it an intimate setting and a feeling of being connected is there throughout.

How sweet was this, we took our 5 yr old grandson to see this. The did a different spin on it, not as scary as the real tale. It was nicely done, and he loved it, lasted for about a hald hour, which was perfect for lill ones. I will be keeping my eye open for more Jr. plays.

We travelled 200 miles to both see out daughter-in-law and (primarily, on her very strong recommendation) to see Seacoast Rep's production of A Chorus Line. We had heard that the venue was tiny, and wondered how such a big show could be done in a small space. The cast carried it off beautifully. We were most impressed, and we intend... More

We have seen too many great shows here over the years to list. They do a terrific job. Everything from comedy, to drama, to musicals. We are members/contributors. Great staff and players. If you are in Portsmouth, check to see what is playing.

It was right below the Ale House Inn where we stayed and was complimentary. The cast did a great job and there was just a good feeling all around

They have local and national talent. We always enjoy the shows. They also offer theater classes and camps.
