I haven't been back since I didnt enjoy any of their wines. The people were nice enough and the winery ok, I just simply didn't like the wine.

Adair has a beautiful location and a true commitment to quality seasonal wines. They produce a wide variety of wines but have a limited number for sale and tasting at any given time because they produce smaller batches utilizing seasonal produce. They have several rather nice clean whites ranging in dryness as well as several reds and more seasonal fruit... More

Part of the Shawangunk Mountains wine tasting tour, Adair Vinyards is a 10 acre vinyard on the outskirts of New Paltz, New York. A 200 year old barn holds the tasting rooom and gift shop.
