Nice arena, seating is good and area downtown is easily accessed. We were there to root for Sherman, NY. Alas, after starting out 13-1, they went home, soundly beaten by Rochester Prep.

College graduation was help here. No need to worry about parking. There is a garage directly across the street. It is worth the $5.00 we paid to park. Arena was clean and (very expensive) refreshment stands were open for business.

It is alway a fun time at the BCR. Went for a hockey game. Not as packed as when I was younger. Lots to do while you are there. Parking is much better than it used to be. A little word of advice- if picking up tickets at will call- make sure you get there really early- the lines are... More

The search and scanning ticket process wasn't very organized. There was also only one merchandise table. Other than that, everything went well. There really isn't a bad seat in the house

Have been here for concerts, basketball games and ice skating. Enjoyed them all. Good parking facilities too.

We have been regulars for the Amerks hockey and have gone to some Knighthawks games there. Reasonable prices for the most part for different venues. Food is priced moderately in the booths in the ring of the arena. Friendly staff.

We went as part of a hockey team to see the Knighthawks lacrosse game. It is a very quaint arena with great sight lines. If you have an opportunity to watch a lacrosse game here make sure you do it, you will not be disappointed.

Went with our hockey team to catch an indoor lacrosse game. Nice little arena and the team really enjoyed themselves. Easy to get to from the Rochester Airport Holiday Inn

We came to Rochester when we thought the NHL was going to be canceled for the season. We ended up having a great time at the Amerks game. I dealt mostly with customer service prior to our arrival, ordering our tickets and securing our seats. We were celebrating my daughter's 17th birthday. Lee M. picked out great seats for us.... More

layout is not ideal for stage shows (such as Bruce Springstein), seats on side don't have adequate video displays, concessions are mediocre.
