We live locally but go from time to time to camp overnight in tents. This is a great place that is close to downtown cb. You can walk to snows cut or discover the many trails in the park. Venture to sugar loaf you wont be disappointed.

Great place to go and take the family or just go enjoy some quite time alone! Great area for a picnic, sightseeing, fishing or just sitting enjoy listening to the quite and watching the boats go by!

This state park is very well maintained. The have nice, secluded and very roomy campsites fitted with a firepit/grill, picnic table and a post for hanging a lantern. The bath houses are spacious and clean, although pretty average campground bath houses. There is a marina at one end and a very nice modern visitors center.
