I'm a non-believer. His birthplace home is a rare opportunity to see a mid-century traditional home done up to death and with great taste. These kinds of interiors never get in a design book, and Johnathan Adler/Mad Men fans need to see what the real 50's actually looked like, given that no one really owned an Eames chair or an... More

I wasn't sure what to expect. I know a lot of people respect Billy Graham as a religious leader, but I listened to some of his speeches and most of it has no foundation in fact

Billy Graham’s messages for more than 70 years are based on the truth found in God’s Word – how much God loves us no matter who we are and how we have hope in a relationship with Jesus. We hope that you’ll give it another shot and... More

The library is a complete guide in Billy's life. The rooms are well thought out and go from decade to decade. Don't forget to get lunch at their little diner.

Growing up & living in the Carolina's all my life...Billy Graham is about the only true un-faulted savior that I/we/most know of?! While I realize, everyone has fault, but I think, most still know what I'm actually meaning by this... I have heard that it is great by many...& would certainly have no reason to believe otherwise!

There was a display about George Beverley Shea who had recently died. You were able to purchase some of his CD's in the bookstore and we purchased two and enjoyed listening to them. We ate at the Graham Brothers Dairy Restaurant in the Library. The Chicken Salad was the best I had ever eaten. The food portions were large and... More

I was really glad that I went there with my family (hubby, mom + mom-in-law + brother-in-law) on a Good Friday. The timing was just perfect. We all enjoyed and spent about two hours there. It’s a serene place with a prayer garden where you could have some quiet time. You would also come to know how God touched lives... More

Very convenient place to grad a quick lunch while visiting the library. They have a limited selection of soups and sandwiches. Very informal setting - good for children.

Christian, or not, everyone should visit the BGL while in Charlotte. It's a great review of the history of mid to late 20th Century America. Even kids will like it....they have a scavenger hunt brochure that makes it interesting for kids. And, it free!!

The grounds were beautiful and peaceful. The tour of the library was very informative, the bookstore was full of interesting books, gifts, souvenirs, etc. Staff was friendly. Even if you are not into religion, this is a great touristic place to visit.
