I was pleasantly surprised when I took my grandson there during his visit. There are so many interesting exhibits as well as an outdoor area that is interesting and education. We also saw a planetarium show and was very satisfied with our experience.

We visited on 5/5/13 and had a nice visit. Some of the museum was under renovation so that was a bummer. It is a great place for kids, although the planetarium show was a bit over their heads. I would not recommend it for younger kids.

He had a wonderful time. We spent the entire day at the museum. It is a great place for adults and children. It is on our list of family favorites!

There are plenty of taxidermied animals to look at as well as natural history exhibits. The exhibits are nicely done. The museum seems to go on forever. Good family attraction.

I visited the museum on a Sunday afternoon. It was not very crowded and it was very entertaining. The volunteer at the front desk was rather abrasive, but mellowed once we paid for the planetarium. I don't care how many times we go, we always see something new. If we go for a specific exhibit or just for something to do for the afternoon, there is something that we have not seen or they have changed or is brand new. I come here about every year or so and I never get tired of it. As a little girl, I loved dinosaurs. I came here and was amazed at all the fossils! The T-Rex skeleton in the front is breath taking! This is fun for all ages.

The cowboy exhibit was outstanding. My grandson loved it, he stayed a cowboy for days after the visit. Always a fun time here.
