We were visiting Charlotte for a few days and decided to take our 8 month daughter here to play in the infant/toddler area. She had so much fun crawling around and playing with the water activities. She even enjoyed some of the activities for older kids since it allowed her to interact with everything.

We first attempted to visit Discovery Place KIDS in Huntersville during a time when kids were out for a teacher workday and the entry line was wrapped around the building. Thank goodness we left to return another day, because after finally getting there today I could easily see how this would not be enjoyable if it wasn't during the week... More

There are a ton of imaginative experiences for little ones here. The art room wasn't anything to write home about. The water room was average. But they have a ton of imaginative areas like a doctors office, airport, mechanics.... our favorite was they make beleive restaurant. That was brilliant. It was clean, fun, and in a good neighborhood.

Out and about round Charlotte with our grandson and family, we went to this excellent childrens' play centre in Hunterville. Managed to squeeze 5 of us into a car for the trip out of the city. Not too long, thankfully!!! What a brilliant place to spend some time with a youngster, in our case 16 months. He loved the water... More

We took our one-year old here last year and he loved it! There's a great toddler area with things to climb on, water toys, etc for toddlers to play. He also loved climbing on the fire truck and playing with the grocery store.

I took my 2 grandson that were here visiting. They were 4 years old. This is perfect for ages 3-6 the most. My youngest son, 10 yrs at the time, had fun with the boys but it wasn't gearedfor his age. A great place to visit.

We have bought a yearly membership since it opened and have never regretted it. The kids just have a blast every time we go and there's always something new they learn. Great to let the kids play and mom and dad can talk.

For what we paid just to get in, I had visions of this amazing children's interactive museum (like other's we've been to). Instead it looked more like home experiments you can order out of a catalog. So why so expensive?

We always have an excellent time here. My kids always have a hard time leaving! Highly recommended for all age levels. (we have 3-8).
