Small museum, but a lot of neat little things from the personal belongings of our war heros from days gone bye that bring back memories and shows some of the sacrifices these men and women have made for us.

If you like to look and talk about airplanes than this is great place for you. The museum is affordable, and the staff are very friendly. They love to answer questions and kids are welcomed. You bring your curiosity and they will do their best to satisfy it! They are actively working on some of the planes and don't mind...

the MAPS museum has many planes from thruout the history of aviation. there are several WWII era planes that have been restored. A big plus is the restaurant located at the museum. the food is pretty good as i recall and reasonably priced.
This little bit if historic aviation wonderfulness is tucked away at Akron Canton airport and well worth the trip. Make sure you go in the back room and see the wonderful displays about the brave men and women of military aviation. The gift shop has a great selection too. We had a very good time with our grandchildren there. It was cool and I feel it is a great place for familys to go.
Looks not nice from the outside but once inside this is a very nice museum. Well keep displays with good informatoin about it. Staff can answer any question you may have.
