This is a pull off from 101 and it is definitely worth a stop!!! It's so beautiful!!! You only have to walk down a path (under 100 ft) to a wooden overlook and BAM! you see the beauty of nature!

The "park" is really an eight-mile long corridor of cliff top viewpoints along U.S. Highway 101, overlooking offshore arches and rocks, along with steep-sided coves and even some sand dunes. Many viewpoints are great places to spot whales in the winter.

The park has fantastic and well groomed trails and ocean views and rock formations that are unique for anywhere in this country. Let your husband waste his time salmon fishing while you and the kids have a terrific time enjoying Boardman State Park.

We stopped at many of the overlooks to look at the ocean. Many different rock formations in the ocean.

Our hike on the coast was the best ever. We have the best photos from one of our best vacations. The locals are so blessed!

Pick up a trail map at the Brookings Visitor Center and explore the many options of this state park and the Oregon Coast Trail. The hikes are fantastic. We especially enjoyed the stretch from Indian Sands to Arch Rock.
