Great bike paths in and around Eugene. A bike is the best way to see the city and campus. The trail by the river is excellent. It's scenic and allows you to understand the culture of Eugene.

Hubby and I bought new bikes and took them out for the first time on this beautiful scenic bike path. Not much foot traffic when we rode. Loved the peaceful flowing river and little rest spots along the way. Nice and wide for my first ride in 8 years so I didn't feel cramped while rolling along. Would highly recommend...

We attended the "Lord of the Dance" performance. The center was well laid out and it was easy to get to our seats. The show itself was fantastic with good seating, viewing and acoustics.
This trail is one of the things that make this city such a wonderful place to live. Mile upon mile of scenic and accessible paved trails that are splendid by bike or can be enjoyed equally on foot. Mileage is provided by convenient markers throughout for the more meticulous biker or hiker. Highly recommended.
The bike path is wonderful, and I enjoy riding as often as possible. Be careful and watch for people because they seem to not know how to share the bike path with those of us on bikes. Other than that, have fun!
Although it was a rainy day (it's Oregon)...this is a scenic and beautiful pathway along the Willamette River
No Matter what the weather, take a walk along this trail along the Willamett River. Its just a fun activity and great way to get out. Its never really cold, but does get breezy in winter. If its too much just do a small section. What is really cool is to walk through the Owen Rose Garden and check out...

I travel by bike around town of Eugene and it is a bike city, the roads are ok, yet when I get to the bike trail it is like a weight off my shoulders.
I ride this bike path to work every day. love views of mountains to the east and all the nice people walking, running and biking.
I like that you can get anywhere pretty much, that you want to go, and also just have a good ride by the river. I need to get out there again, soon
