Multiple fenced areas for dogs of different sizes and temperments. Owners must be in the fenced area with the dog to maintain order in case of over-exuberance! Water is available in multiple locations. Lots of parking. Located just west of the Hillsboro stadium off Hwy 26 @ Cornelius Pass Road.

We come on my days off and acceptable weather. Snickers would come every day if he could. The dogs are monitored by their owners which is a must. Lots of dogs play and socialize here. This place is well maintained with grass, trees and more importantly space.

This is a county-owned and maintained dog park. There are separate areas for small, timed dogs and larger dogs. The grassy areas are kept mowed. There are gravel walking paths, also. Portable toilets for human use are present. Overall, a pleasant experience for dog and human.

My little guys think they own the place. I just sit on the bench and watch them romp and play. They wont settle for the small/shy/timid section, they run with the big boys. I'm glad this place is close by but I would still come regularly even if it weren't.

I go to Hondo dag park at least once a week w my pitbull mix, and my french bulldog. They LOVE it, and so do I. It is a very pretty park, w lots of room to run, and a trail to walk.
