Our room, the food, the service, the lounge and the gardens were all very enjoyable! We also appreciated the great deal we got on our stay here. We had a nice time strolling thru the beautiful gardens and taking lots of great photos!

Beautiful mix of a variety of garden styles from wetland natural to very formal. Today it appears that the recent wet weather along with marauding wildlife has taken a toll on maintenance in portions of the grounds. It's going to take a herd of volunteers to catch up and I feel they will. Will be back again soon as this...

Ok, so typically people might think the Oregon Garden is a place old folks like to visit. This was why we took our 60-yr old mother. But you'd be surprised! My whole family enjoyed the garden quite a bit. Who knew shrubs could be so interesting? There is a guided electric tram that winds through the whole park that you...

Take your time and do not rush through the gardens. It is amazing what you will see. Everytime you think you are close to done, something else pops up to see.
Great location and the various gardens are enchanting. We spent hours wandering enjoying the water features, plantings and birds.
This is a big garden with a lot of different walkways which makes it a little awkward for negotiating. It is a good idea to take the free tram which gives a good overview of the garden with some background information on the various areas. There are a lot of lovely flowers and unique little areas although when we visited,...

The 90 acres of mostly formal gardens are wonderful. The room we had at the resort was clean, comfortable and roomy. It had a gas fireplace that we never used despite 45 degree nights, and a fenced patio. Our corgi was welcomed here, and also in the garden(on leash). Breakfast is just ok, but we did especially enjoy the granola...

Don't skip the little trolley tour, they have very interesting info about the garden. The garden is still young. It shows great potential. Impressive how the treated water is supplied to the garden, how they make money from the events and at the same time have many educational and conservation programs. I am sure in 10 years it will be...

My husband and I needed to get away from the city life of Salem and unwind less that 20 minutes from home. What more perfect place than the Oregon Garden in Silverton, OR! This may be lengthy, but want to let everyone know of the enjoyable experience we had. This will now be a weekend tradition for all the four...

The Oregon Gardens, in Silverton, Oregon, are worth seeing. But, if you're expecting to see something comparable to the Butchart Gardens, on Vancouver Island, BC, you could be disappointed. The Grand Opening of this garden was in 2001 so it is very "young" garden and has not yet a "matured". There is a lot to see and it is a...
