First time visit and will definitely be back, what a stunning Cathedral in a stunning location. The architecture is amazing and the first time I have seen a slopping floor in a cathedral. Well worth a visit.

We visited on 9 May 2013 while on a visit from home in Birmingham. The outside was interesting although it was a shame we could not go in as there was a service on.We are not likely to be going back soon so we have lost our chance to see the cathedral.

Beautiful and serene. Interesting historically and architecturally. Wonderful setting, nestling in a dip with the Bishop's Palace next door.

A must see gem in St David's - interior was calm and quite simple compared with the numerous overly ornate churches around but very beautiful

A service has been held every days for 1000 years...makes you feel humble. The location is brilliant, the choir wonderful and even the sermon was funny and meaningful.

A very pretty "city" in far west Wales - it's the cathedral that's makes it a city ( and that's no surprise when you notice you can drive through in a minute and miss it all) The cathedral is stunning and grounds superb with lovely scenery all around. Best place we found to eat was the visitor centre as you... More

The most beautiful cathedral I have ever been to, and I've been to a fair few in the last few years across both Europe and the US. This is a magical place. It's almost like a series of different and mouth-gaping rooms - every section you walk through is like entering a new room in a very old manor estate.... More

Have to find it at the bottom of the steps, however, a beautiful, peaceful place. Don't miss it when you visit pembrokeshire. Its a hidden gem.

We came to the cathedral after visiting the neighbouring Bishop's Palace. I didn't purchase a guide at the palace but could still give you a feel for the site, how it came about and developed. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for the cathedral. I appreciate that guidebooks make money for the cathedral, but there was almost no information whatsoever... More

This was my second visit to St. David's Cathedral. I came back because I loved it so much the first time. This is an incredible cathedral. Well taken care of and a lot has been done since my first visit 25 years ago. The only problem I would say the Cathedral has it that there's not much information posted as... More
