My brother and I caught the ferry to Manly from Sydney and decided to do a bike tour that was recommended by the information booth near the terminal. The bike shop was very easy to locate. Manly Bikes offer a great service ... the guys are friendly and knowledgeable and the bikes in good condition. This is a great way to explore the North Head or to cycle up towards the North Coast beaches.

I would highly recommend this bike tour. We got the ferry over from circular quay and it was a short walk fron manly ferrry dock to the bike tour. Manly Bikes is convenient (two blocks from ferry terminal) and the staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Provided excellent routes and maps that my family was able to thoroughly enjoy including a route up to North Head for our children ages 12 and 10.
