We did a farm visit with the Llamas. It was well worth it and on our next trip to Gatlinburg will definitely sign up for a trek with them. The Llamas were great! The owner is very nice and well knowledged on the animals. Can't wait to go back.

We took our grandsons ages 3 & 7. They are extremely active so I was not worried they would not be able to do the hike. Steve was very accommodating as to taking breaks. Maybe it was for us old folks. But we do the usual( Dollywood, Wonderworks, Aquarium & such) when we have them visit & are always looking... More

The llamas are so cute, I wish I could have one for myself. We did the shorter trail and had a great time but it was not long enough. Next time we go to Tennessee we are definitely going to do a longer one. I definitely recommend doing this and Steve is really nice and has many interesting stories to... More

Had a great time on this Llama trek! Directions to facility very easy to follow. The facility that hosts the trek is beautiful and serene. I'd recommend the longer trip for those that want to get in some true miles but the short trip we took would be great for families and those less active. Steve was an awesome guide... More

Looking for something different we hadn't done and this was at the top of our list. My daughter and her friends really enjoyed this. If you like to hike, the llama's just add another touch of life. Thank you Zack and Steve for our new llama education.

We had a great time hiking with the llamas. They were very cute and friendly. Steve was very knowledgeable about the area, its history, and the llamas. Next time we'll have to do a longer trek, since spending time with the llamas was a highlight of our trip.

We just did a short 2 mile trek to see how we liked it. We had a great time and the rain held off. Steve was wonderful to talk to and the llamas are so cute. This is a great outing for animal lovers who need a "fix" during their vacation. We may go back in the fall when the... More

My husband has wanted to go llama trekking for years. We found a place in Colorado when we lived in Oregon but they apparently went out of business. Finally tracked down Smoky Mountain Treks via the internet, and combined this (we live on the west coast) with a trip to see a friend in Nashville. Bottom line: Steve, Cinnamon and... More

I took my 12yr. old granddaughter and 20yr. old nephew on the 5 mile "Buckeye Ridge" trail. It was truly a spectacular 5mile trek from the beginning to the end. Steve was a fabulous guide pointing out many things along the way and made the trip besides the llamas a lot of fun. I would recommend this to anyone young... More
