There was not a lot going on during my visit, as the Christmas decorations were being put up, however looked like nice area.
My wife & I visited Sundance Square in unseasonably warm weather (81 degrees on 12/04/13), the day before a frigid spell struck (it's 26 degrees today with ice all over). Sundance was simply beautiful with all the architecturally beautiful buildings and all of the stunning Christmas lights and decorations. Sooooo many excellent stores and shops, along with too many dining... More
This is a very pretty area, easy to navigate. We were there the day the Christmas tree was lit so it was festive and the shops were nicely decorated for the holidays. There are a good number of restaurants and nice shops. Parking on Saturday was free. I especially enjoyed the architecture and murals on the buildings.
This was our first time in Sundance Square -- didn't even know it existed until we stumbled into it while going to eat in the area. This is a quaint, delightful old-town-style, appealing place to stroll and enjoy right in downtown! Plenty of parking, lots to see, shops to enjoy. Lots of couples and families taking it in -- and... For 20 yrs DT FW has been revived by the Bass Family and the efforts of other businesses and restaurants. NOthing negative about the Downtown Fort Worth experience. Safe, fun, family friendly. Good food and Good Times. Give it a try when you come to Fort Worth. Plenty of hotel in DT as well, easy walking distance.
The new Sundance Plaza in downtown Fort Worth is an architectural masterpiece. The lighting, acoustics, fountains , and more all make for incredible ambience. Surrounding bars and restaurants are excellent . Walking distance from several great hotels. A perfect place to spend the evening for a date night or family fun. When I was there on opening weekend they had... More
This renovated space is located in the heart of the city and has become one of my favorite places in Ft. Worth now. Family friendly, and yet still fun for the adults too. Restaurants and hotels within walking distance. Walk to the train to Dallas. No need for a car.
One particular family working in conjuction with the City of Fort Worth has turned what was essentially a downtown area that you did not want to be in after dark in the late 70's and early 80's into a must see and experience with lots of security to make sure you are safe! From the multitude of restaurants, new shops... More
This is a beautiful addition to downtown ft worth, beautiful pave stone area with cafés and shops, lots of photo opportunities. Did a great job with this project
Fabulous downtown square for family and friends. Ft Worth and their prominent families have done some really fine work to improve a very historic area of Texas. It has been modernized but in a way that pays full respect to the historical buildings and attitude of the city. A really great stop to enjoy new restaurants we all know and... More
