Go by and see Ruby! She pours a great taste and can tell a great story. The owner have a "gem" in her. She will make you want to come back.

Small, Friendly, Local, and a place to relax with a glass of before you start your evening walk around the square or end your day of shopping! Ruby who works there " is one of a Kind" and a great treasure.

We went on a Friday night and were walmly greeted by the staff who showed us the different wines we could sample. Ruby the hostess was hilarious and the regulars all introduced themselves and made us feel at home. The wines were good and they have live music. We would recommend anyone to go there for a fun evening.

Lone Star Cellars is a small winery in the Ritz Theatre on the downtown square. The Ritz is not an operating theatre - it's been coverted into an "emporium" type place.
