Beautiful natural rock formations on a short hike; very great to see. Please do read specific details and directions ahead of time as most of the area's magnificent scenery is not well-marked with signage while you are whizzing by on the highway.

We were headed south out of Utah for Page, Arizona and decided to take a break from driving and walk around a bit. We stopped here and took the short hike off the highway to check it out. They were interesting and an easy hike. We really enjoyed this stop!

Fun little side trip, with a short hike and interesting formations. Not the most spectacular, given other places in Utah, but worth the small time investment. A great place to play hide and seek! Suitable hike for kids.

A fun and interesting hike. The toadstool formations are so unique. We only saw one other couple there, so we had it to ourselves.. Easy to find the parking lot right off the highway.

My husband found this a bit of a hike just to see a mushroom shaped toadstool. But I found it very unusual. A nice sidetrip that will only take an hour total.

This is a nice little hike right off of Hwy 89. You can walk right up to them and see up close how amazing they are! I believe that there some petroglyphs there as well. Talk to the BLM office in Big Water for more information.

An easy but uphill hike to the toadstools, tougher than advertised and tougher than it seems. Worth it for pics though. Many trail options. Whichever you follow will get you there.

We drove out here on the advice of some friends (Thanks Phil & Holly). It was a round-trip hike of about 3 miles since we did a bit of exploring. If you follow the wash you can't get too lost. Though it was hot it was still a great experience!

Just off a road and a nice little hike up into a rather astounding vista of strange and wonderful rock formations. A definite while visiting the SW, there are much more difficult to reach locations with even more extreme Hoodoos but I give this one a Thumbs for visitors with limited time who want to see a touch of astounding...
