Surprisingly affordable for a get away splurge, you will not be disappointed. One forgets they are just a few miles from civilization. A great place to RELAX and soak in the ambiance. More

There are lots of great outdoor things to do here even if you're not staying at the resort. Our favorite thing to do in the Spring is to take the nature trail to Stewart Falls. There are numerous wildflowers along the way to look at, beaver dams, and incredible views of the mountains and waterfall. The hike has moderate ups... More

Sundance is a very beautiful resort. The skiing is not anything as nice as compared to Snowbird and other larger resorts. But, it is probably not as crowded either. More

We always ski Deer Valley with it's very modern ski tows and ginormous uphill capacity. We went to Sundance because my wife wanted to meet "Bob." After two visits we never got to meet Mr Redford but we adored Sundance. Ok, the ski lifts are not that good and the slope grooming is average, but who cares. "You pick your... More

Sundance is a small resort, but plenty of runs for intermediate skiiers. The best part is the lack of lines and the reasonable lift ticket prices. More

I have been here for the delicious coconut pancakes on Sunday for brunch as well as several meals and the food is always good. I tried my first fish tacos here and they were pretty awesome! There is a little country store to buy drinks and sandwiches also. Provo Canyon is amazing! More

Sundance is a great stop for everyone in your group. The ride on the lift is affordable, scenic and appropriate for ages 3 through 100. There is mountain biking for the daring, tasty food for all and a bit of shopping and art to view. Worth a day trip or a longer stay. More

I have skiied at Sundance for a few years now. Yes...it is spectacular, the people are very friendly. The skiing is great ! But here are 2 concerns: no one puts the bars down on the chair lifts and there aren't any safety bars on the upper lifts! Very scarey!! Also, you would think that a "magic carpet" would be... More

Can't beat the service at Sundance. The people are genuine and genuinely nice. Not a huge resort, but there is something for everyone. Everything they say about this place in the travel magazines is true. More

Sundance Resort is a very worthwhile stop. I didn't stay there but I did stop there on my way as I was driving from Park City to Provo. It is a beautiful place nestled in a valley on the back side of impressive Mt. Timpanogos. The grounds and buildings are rustic but very nice and well maintained. The mountain vistas... More
