It was a great place to visit! Loved the views from up in the monument! The guide was very informative, we really learned a lot about the Battle and the history of the monument itself. Worth checking out if you are in the area!

To see, rain or shine : a n historic place, a wonderful environment. I came her a dozen times and I am stil enjoying the visit
I enjoyed the view from the top of the monument! It is very worth the small admission fee they charge. I didn't get to see the other monuments on the grounds but had heard that they were there. The area surrounding the monument is like a park and would be a nice place to have a picnic, throw the frisbee,...

We loved the views from the top! Worth the small admission fee. The other monuments on the grounds were interesting. The ground are park-like and would be a nice place for a sunny picnic.
You can take an elevator 20 stories to the top of the monument and see 3 states. The views are great and the monument is close to some covered bridges.

This was an interesting place to visit; it even kept our 4 year-old’s attention. I really didn't expect very much from a single monument in a small town, but I was pleasantly surprised. Take...

Bennington being so very tiny, there isn't a whole lot to see here. The Battle Monument is something to see. It's kind of like the Washington monument in D.C. in appearance. It's in a very residential area with people's house's located directly on the little ring road that goes around the monument. I didn't bother to go to the top...

There is a statue of Captain Stark at the backside of the monument, make sure you read the text there. The Captain's quote is really great!
