Incredible. Joanne Falatta is a godsend to this group, and to this area. She is unlike any other conductor I've ever seen — warm (she hugs every soloist), talented, and a great speaker.

I took my young sons to the Up, Up, And Away performance at the Sandler Center and will definitely be planning to see another performance. The musicians are top quality, the conductor really engages the audience, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Be sure to arrive early to enjoy the pre-performance activities, including a chance for kids to play... More

I often visit the VS. Am pleased with the time dedicated in putting shows together. Talent a def. plus. Administratively, lacking some in organization. New group...with some time...I know it will be a much greater program. Keep up the good work.

We went with our children's private school to the symphony and it was a great experience. The children loved the music and learning about the instruments. We will visit again.

For very small ticket prices, you get intimate internationally-great performances. I can't say enough good about the VSO, and I'm a NYC native used to the Met and Avery Fisher Hall and other NYC performances of great music.
