You can watch glass blowers create art and you can view glass art inside and outside. The display rooms show fabulous examples of blown glass. Even the bathroom has soap dishes made from blown glass.

This is something fun you can do solo or with your friends. Hands on experience is informative and fun. They you get to keep your own art work. Nice.

This is certainly a place not to pass up. Working glass Artist work with molten glass and show how they work their craft. Displays of art work using glass tile, etc is on exhibit. Gift shop is also there... although very pricey...

Oh come on, where can you see anything like it? It's an amazing building and fun to watch them turn raw glass into art. Plenty to do and eat in the area too. Tacoma isn't like Seattle. Parking is easy and whatever kind of food you like is reasonable.
