Beautiful facility, took grandchildren there every few months for special events and things change inside the domes so it is always different and lovely but also really fun for the kids, especially flash lite nites, they love those.

This is a fun spot to go to experience fresh flowers, the desert and the tropics all in one; self paced tour, complete with birds and waterfalls; special events are very well attended - so arrive early.
Have been taking my children to visit the Mitchell Park Domes for the past several years, [we've been there at least 4 times].

No place to sit SRO with no place to stand we left 15 min.before the show started, they were still selling tickets----STUPID
This conservatory has 3 eco-systems with very interesting & spectacular plants in each area. We went at Christmas for the special display & it was great. If you're looking for a place to go when it is cold or bad weather outside, this place will brighten your spirits.
You can probably do these in an hour but they are a great attribute of Milwaukee. 3 climates or scenes and a light/music show on thursday night. Fun way to spend the afternoon.
