If you don't feel frisky enough for White Water Rafting but want to enjoy nature take a Float Trip with these folks. Super nice, knowledgable, capable. I saw eagles & hawks, and views of the mountians I couldn't see any other way. Beautiful country, clear water, great guide Lewis. Sad lunch, turkey & cheese on white bread roll & chips... More

These guy's boats are smaller, and therefore more maneuverable. We went in August, so the river had less water, but our guide headed for the most exciting parts of the river. Do it!

Our family of 6 (including 3 teenagers) took the small raft and we had a fantastic time! Our guide was Brad and he was very good. We were able to swim in the mellow waters and we had a really good time on the raft with the rapids. Brad taught us teamwork and told us when to paddle. We rented... More

As a mother of 3...when I started reading reviews this is why I selected Lewis and Clark. My kids are 5, 9 and 11 so I was very hesitant and had lots of questions especially because my husband did not think it was a good idea. He wanted to do the Float Trip and I'm so happy we did the... More

We cannot be in the area and not do some rafting - right? We did the combo! Scenic float with lunch 10 - 2 and white water 2:30 - 6:30. Each experience was different but no less wonderful. Maria was a great guide in the morning and very funny as well as knowledgeable. James was great with the kids on... More

Our guide, Clark was informative and entertaining. The weather was great and the rapids were lots of fun. The service from this company was excellent, from Bill our bus driver, reminding us to get towels before leaving the hotel, to the staff trying to get a group to the correct business when they showed up at Lewis and Clark by... Because of an accident, I was unable to experience White Water rafting on the Snake, so I enjoyed a Scenic Float tour instead. There were 5 of us on our raft including the guide, and the day was literally picture perfect. You couldn't "spit without hitting" a Bald Eagle, and the Osprey were putting on quite a show for us.... While vacationing in Jackson, WY in July 2012, my husband and I booked a rafting trip with the Lewis and Clark River Expeditions. They were very accommodating because we only booked one day in advance and they found a spot for us! Because of our late booking we were reserved on a float trip on the Snake River. Our river... We took the senic view ride. Since there was only four of us we were able to go into a channel that you could not normally access. We got to see a large beaver dam that is hidden from the main river. Our guide Gary was very knowledgable about the area and was able to point out things long before... More
