We stopped after an afternoon at Biscayne Bay and really enjoyed this attraction but it was a little pricey. A fascinating story of an interesting character and a world he created

Worthwhile visit. No shade so if hot bring an umbrella. Interesting story and lots of myths surrounding just how he built this structure by himself. Nice patio area with tables and chairs, food, and drink available for purchase. Gift shop with reasonable prices. Lots of wonderful lizards abound.

Its a castle made from coral that an individual did himself for a lost love. Its a very intriguing story and we did enjoy the couple of hours we spent there. What a remarkable engineering fete. There are well-informed tour guides that present tours non-stop. We had read the book "Coral Castle" before we went and it doesn't do it justice until you see the actual structure. Paths are wide enough for a wheelchair and everything is accessible except for the small second floor living quarters.
