This tour is only for the minority that like or know the SNL show. We went in to three empty studios and were told who had been in them , we didn't see anything interesting or any people worthy of note. The staff were very knowledgeable and friendly but that didn't make the time go any faster. Definitely not worth... More

The NBC pages that give the tour are great and willing to answer any questions. There were about 15 people in our group and we got to see some sets and how they work and learned about the lighting. My favourite part was seeing the SNL set! It's a lot smaller than I expected. Also saw the today show set.... More

Nice to see Brian William's studio, meet with TODAY's stars, weather guy. Pretty cool , accommodating , posed for photos, spoke for a couple of minutes. Volunteers seemed knowledgable and kept the tour interesting. Line up at 7.30 ...TODAY's crew come out of the studio once a while.

The tour lasts about 70 minutes after a 10 minute advert for NBCUniversal. It would appear that you get to see certain studios if they were available and we were lucky to see the Saturday Night Live set as it was on hiatus. The pages are very informative if a little heavy on the forced enthusiasm but it was an... More

Went into three empty, cold studios. Tour guides were boring!!! We did not go into jimmy fallon set or dr oz set. Save your money and use it for the top of the rock observation deck!!! NBC is only trying to get your money with a crappy tour!!

We did the NBC tour 6-11-13 @ 8:30 am. We got our tickets on line. There was a coupon code on retailmenot for $3 off each. This is how it goes. You enter thru the NBC store. You take the stairs to the left up to the second floor. Turn right to the will call desk down from the wall... More

Pages were very nice. I went at 8:30pm it was a quick tour. Saw Brian Williams set, SNL, and Late night with Jimmy Fallon. All sets no stars I was not expecting anything else but some people do. I think kids would be bored on this tour FYI I have been on better tours but I still recommend this one.... More

I can definitely see how people have widely varied experiences on this tour. So much depends upon which studios you are interested in seeing, and which tour guides you get. I decided to take the risk because I'm a big fan of a number of NBC shows and I have not been on any television studio tours in the past.... More

This was my 3rd tour and the worst tour. It is now obvious the fun and interest in the tour depends on the guides. The guides were ready to go home (although it was only 11am). The last time we went into "Dr. Oz" studio as our added feature, this time we went into a news studio~ boring and not... More

Didn't think much of the tour, saw three studios and brief description given in them of the shows but not worth paying for - it may be of interest if you are American and fans of the show. They did a kiddy style reproduction where two people from the tour could re enact the news and weather but more for... More
