We were lucky and saw the Mamie Eisenhower show and the fashion show and Tea. I reviewed the old cars and met an Historian who was at the garage. Ken Weir and I discussed WW2 and IKE. It was grand !

The presidents home is well maintained and the guides seemed very knowledgeable. Sweet older gentlemen that probably knew him!

Too many visitors bypass the Eisenhower and those that do are short changing their visit to Gettysburg. A real gem. We were recommended to visit the Eisenhower Home if we had time. We are certainly glad we made the time. It was a wonderful experience and we thought it was such a modest home for such a famous President. Definitely worth a visit!

This is a step backward to the 50s and 60s. The house is just as the Eisenhowers lived in it down to the last detail. 98% original furnishings, and it is a self-guided, take your time visit. Wonderful - probably the best part of my visit.

Much more detail than we expected. The grounds were expansive and we had no idea that Gettysburg is where President Eisenhower started, as a Ranger! Quite Interesting.
