Take some time from your heroic trip and make an appt to ride through the battlefield on horseback. The people are skilled and make your trip pleasant and safe. You will hear the sounds of the war in your ears and your eyes will see what the soldiers saw as you ride.

On a horse you travel thru the same places that the union and confederate soldiers were. You get the full impact of the feeling for the battlefield. This is a must experience, and you will not get the same feel from a car or a bus as you do when your actually riding the same trails that they rode back... More

Weve been to Gettysburg numerous times and always go horseback riding here. You get a great view of the battlefield and get the feel of what if must have been like for the soldiers. You're given a headset and listen to the history and battle of Gettysburg. You ride along single file and it's a great way to spend a... More

If you like horses and history, then you'll like this tour! Knowledgable guide tells the history of the battle through headsets. Customers are sized up by experience and placed on horses to match the experience. Horses of all sizes and well kept. Excellent operation! Will definitely come back and do again!

We took the two-hour history tour, something totally worth checking out. Imagine trail riding on a beautiful horse amongst the battlefields of Gettysburg, with a licensed battlefield guide recounting each days events in an earpiece while riding along with you. This tour really gives you a unique perspective of the battle for a very reasonable price. Bring your camera to... More

This was a great tour through Gettysburg Battlefield. The group is very professional. The horses are well cared for and well maintained. Plenty of guides attended the ride. They stop halfway and check the horses and riders and took pictures for us. I highly rate this tour. Well worth the money.

It was really cool to ride on horseback while directly on the battlefield. It felt like you were transported back in time to when so many officers did the very same thing. There is also a tour guide who describes the fighting for you as you travel the path. It's a long tour and well worth the money.
